What to use this form for
- Editorial questions or corrections. If a page on this site has a factual error, an outdated statistic, or a missing source — we want to know. Editorial issues are reviewed within a few business days.
- Feedback about a matched provider. If a provider we connected you with treated you well — or treated you badly — tell us. We use this signal to decide which practices remain in our network.
- Provider partnership inquiries. Dental practices that handle implants and want to be considered for our matching network can use this form. Include your practice name, location, credentials, and any AAID/ABOI/AAOMS membership.
- Press, partnership, or other. Pick the closest topic — we'll route it.
What to use the matching flow for instead
If you're trying to find a dentist or get matched for an implant consultation, this form isn't the fastest path. Use the find a provider flow instead — it captures everything we need in about a minute and connects you with a practice directly.
A note on what we don't have yet
Dental's Best doesn't currently publish a phone number or mailing address. We're a small operation and we don't want to put a number out there that no one will pick up consistently — that's worse than no number at all. The contact form above goes to a real inbox that's monitored. When we have a public phone number that's actually staffed, it'll go on this page.
For care decisions, your dentist is the right person to call — not us. We're a matching service, not a clinical resource.
