1. Acceptance

By using this site (the "Service") — browsing pages, submitting the matching form, or contacting us — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Dental's Best is an information and matching service. It does two things:

• Publishes consumer information about dental care, with a focus on dental implants. Each clinical claim cites a credible source.
• Matches users with independent dental practices based on the user's stated need (general dentistry, dental implants, or other dental categories as the network expands) and zip code. The match is fulfilled through one of our matching partners or, for some categories, by directly contacting an independent practice in our network. The specific routing depends on availability at the time of submission and may change as the network evolves.

The Service is provided free to end users. Dental's Best is compensated by partner providers when a matched user converts to a consultation or appointment.

3. The Service is not medical advice

Dental's Best is not a healthcare provider. We do not perform dental or medical procedures, prescribe treatment, or provide diagnostic, clinical, or therapeutic advice. Information on this site is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed dental professional.

Decisions about your dental care should be made between you and a qualified dentist who has examined you in person. If you have a dental emergency, call your dentist or go to an emergency room — don't use this site.

4. Independent providers

Providers in our matching network — including general dentists accessed through any matching partner platform and any independent practice that participates in our implant network — are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or affiliates of Dental's Best.

Dental's Best does not:

• Supervise, control, or guarantee the work of any matched provider;
• Vouch for any provider's clinical competence beyond verifying that the provider holds an apparent active dental license at the time of partnership;
• Adjudicate disputes between users and providers — those are between you and the provider directly.

If you have an issue with a matched provider, please tell us — we use that signal to decide whether the provider remains in the network — but the underlying matter is yours and the provider's to resolve.

5. Your obligations

When you use the Service, you agree:

• The information you provide (name, email, zip code, intent, and any other answers) is accurate and your own. Don't submit on behalf of another person without their consent.
• You're old enough to consent to share your information for the purpose of being matched with a dental provider. The Service is intended for users 18 or older. If you're younger, a parent or guardian should use the Service on your behalf.
• You won't use the Service to scrape content, abuse the matching form, or attempt to identify or contact other users.
• You won't reverse-engineer or copy the Service for commercial purposes.

6. Consent to be contacted

When you submit the matching form, you consent to be contacted by Dental's Best and one or more matched providers about the request you submitted. Contact may be by phone, SMS, or email. If you no longer want to be contacted, reply STOP to any SMS, click unsubscribe in any email, or contact us directly.

7. Intellectual property

The text, design, organization, and original images on this site are the property of Dental's Best (or used under license from third parties such as Pexels for stock photography). You may share and link to pages for non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy site content without written permission.

Cited sources (Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, ADA, NIDCR, etc.) and any third-party brands referenced on the site (matching partner platforms, stock-photography providers like Pexels) are the property of their respective owners.

8. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Dental's Best makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against attack, or that the information published on the site is complete or current as of any specific date beyond the "last reviewed" timestamp on each clinical content page.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dental's Best disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dental's Best, its operators, and its agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for any claim, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or data inaccuracy, even if Dental's Best has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If, despite the disclaimer above, Dental's Best is found liable to you for any reason, that liability is limited to the amount you have paid Dental's Best for the Service in the prior twelve months — which, since the Service is free to end users, is zero.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, certain consumer-protection rights or claims of gross negligence or willful misconduct).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dental's Best harmless from any claim, loss, or damages, including attorney's fees, arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

Dental's Best may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Dental's Best may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk to other users or to the operator.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service that the parties cannot resolve informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If applicable consumer-protection law in your state of residence gives you stronger rights than these Terms, those rights apply.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Dental's Best regarding the Service.
